Mar 13, 2018 - Microsoft finally published new ISO images for Redstone 4 today. The new ISOs are for Windows 10 build 17115, and they replace build 17025 as the current images. There are also some additional downloads available. Microsoft Windows 10 build 17115 ISO files are now available for download. The new Redstone 4 preview build brings various bug fixes and improvements to the OS. The new Windows 10 insider preview build also include changes to the setup experience for privacy settings.
Microsoft started working on Windows 10 Spring Creators Update codenamed Redstone 4 before the release of the Fall Creators Update in late 2017. Microsoft has today also shipped a new build to the Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring, while Build 17115 was released for the Slow Ring Insiders last week.
The work on Redstone 4 update is in the final stage, and Microsoft is expected to sign off the RTM candidate by end of this month. Windows 10 Build 17115 is an RTM quality build, and you can make use of the ISOs for a clean installation.

It’s worth noting that the ISO is only available for the Windows Insiders. Microsoft says that the non-Insider must join the program in order to download the ISO and start from scratch with this new OS version before everyone else. Microsoft has released three different ISOs of Build 17115:

Microsoft has released ISOs for all version of Windows 10 operating system including the 32bit. Make sure that you download the correct ISO compatible with your computer, otherwise you won’t be able to clean the Redstone 4 update.
Microsoft is expected to finalize the Redstone 4 update of Windows 10 by end of this month, and the company will release the Spring Creators Update to the general public in April. Microsoft is also working on Redstone 5 update, though it is still in the early stages, and new features will begin rolling out to the Skip Ahead Ring Insiders in the coming weeks.

Indeed, Windows 10 build 17025 ISOs were released on November 7, meaning that they're over four months old. The Slow ring finally got another build with 17074 in January, but due to a bug, Microsoft was unable to publish ISOs for the build.
Build 17115 became the third Redstone 4 Slow ring build last week, and being that there are no known issues in it, it's an easy ISO candidate. You can expect build to show up in the Slow ring more frequently now, since build 17120 was released to the Fast ring today, and that also has minimal known issues, or none that should stop it from being promoted to Slow.

Most users will stick with the first one, which combines all consumer SKUs, such as Home, Pro, and S.
